We serve carefully selected products provided from the locals at our hotel’s breakfast.Natural black olives, locally known as greasy olives growtn in the south of Çeşme, scratched (scored) green olives and natural stone-milled extra virgin olive oil are some of the unique features of our breakfast.
Undoubtedly, everyone loves the delicacies of our region. Delicious sweet curd, Izmir tulum cheese and other cheese varieties. Three kinds of wood oven baked breads and crispy Alaçatı bagels. We also have jams we made out of the fruits from our garden. Our jams are prepared by baking in the sun to protect the smell and taste of the fruit. Jams prepared with this style of cooking are moreish! Tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers served at breakfast and grown naturally are selected carefully from local gardens. You can enjoy freshly brewed tea as well as a wide selection of coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, menemen and egg dishes. You should definitely try our mixed omelette.
If you come to TashMahal Hotel during the season, you can testify how the berries are cooked under the sun, and lemons are picked from the lemon trees to make sweet lemonade and can even join us if you wish. At TashMahal Hotel, you should also try our cookies prepared with gum mastic supplied from the island of Chios and the sweet lemonade.
